Meeting/Event Reservation Request Form
 
Section One of this form must be filled out for all meetings and events. Section Two must be filled out if your meeting or event needs set up (chairs, tables, media, etc.) or publicity.

A response email confirming the meeting or event will be sent within 48 hours of the request. If a meeting or event is scheduled less than 48 hours in advance, please contact the Receptionist directly at x7200 or email receptionist@tkc.edu.
