Three of King’s core courses-- College Writing I, Introduction to Economics, and Introduction to Politics -- are now available online. You can take these courses to prepare for college or to sharpen your approach to everyday life. No matter why you enroll, you’ll find them challenging and rewarding.

Creative Formats and Flexible Schedules
King’s Online courses combine a mixture of video, web, text, and audio formats to give you excellent instruction. Our professors provide personal feedback and instruction to help you master these important concepts. The online courses are offered in a full semester format and also an accelerated 8 week format. The upcoming course semesters are:

Spring 2010 8 week term starting March 8th and ending April 30th
Summer 2010 8 week term starting June 7th and ending July 30th
Fall 2010 Full semester term starting August 25th

The full academic College Calendar can be seen on the College’s website. The courses do not meet at a set time during the week. However, you will have assignments that are required to be completed and submitted each week during the semester. Your instructor may also arrange times for the class to meet online or via conference call for discussions a few times during the course.

Dual Enrollment for High School Students
High school juniors and seniors are eligible to take select King’s courses online. Courses cost $800 each. Students are limited to a maximum of 12 credit hours under the College’s dual enrollment program. Students taking dual enrollment courses are considered non-matriculated students and as such are not eligible for financial aid.
