Cost of Attendance

Total Cost of Attending The King's College 2012-2013
The costs will vary from student to student based upon the books and materials required for courses, the student’s personal lifestyle and the distance the students must travel to and from the campus. Examples are listed below.

*You are required to submit a nonrefundable housing application fee as well as a housing deposit that will be returned to you upon your departure from The King's College provided your room is in the same condition as when you entered. Housing fee may change depending on the location.

ID Card replacement fee  $15 per card
Late payment fee $25 plus 1.5% of outstanding balance
Late registration fee $50
Returned check fee $30
Graduation Fee $100

Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Students who withdraw from a course will be entitled to a refund of tuition and/or fees in keeping with the schedule below. The following schedule is based upon the date the written drop (withdrawal) request is received by the Registrar:

Spring 2013 Semester

January 14th-January 20th 100% Refund
January 21st-January 27th 75% Refund
January28th-February 3rd 50% Refund
February 4th-February 10th 25% Refund
After February 10th No Refund

Failure to attend class does not constitute a withdrawal and does not entitle the student to a refund of tuition. Students who are administratively withdrawn for poor attendance will not receive any refunds.

Financial Timeline

  • November 16, 2012: first bill for the Spring 2013 semester mailed
  • December 1, 2012: Deadline to setup Tuition Management Systems (TMS) payment plans online through https://www.afford.com/kings
  • December 1, 2012: First TMS payment due (https://www.afford.com/kings)
  • December 14, 2012: Deadline to pay in full or make all financial arrangements for Spring 2013
