*You are required to submit a $50 nonrefundable housing application fee as well as a $600 housing deposit that will be returned to you upon your departure from The King's College provided your room is in the same condition as when you entered.

Personal On-Campus Expense includes lunch, snack, and supplies.

Students who have to find housing in the New York City area must expect additional expenses of approximately  $3,000 per semester for housing, $1,500 per semester for board, and $800 for miscellaneous expenses. Students living with parents or a legal guardian will best be able to determine their own cost for housing, food and other living expenses.
