June 2012

From the President:

In this issue of The King's Ideas you'll notice the emphasis on Kingsians being in the public square. From professor Joe Loconte's new book "The Searchers" to students traveling to Turkey to our newest board member, an alum, Henry Morriello—a lawyer here in New York City.

Also last week, the operations team at King's finished moving more than half of the College out of the Lower Lobby and Concourse levels of the Empire State Building to our new space at 52 Broadway.

It's a thrilling time for the College and we look forward to beginning classes in Lower Manhattan this fall. In addition to a new location, we've also added a Liberal Arts major and launched a $25M campaign for the college

Serving the King of Kings,
Dinesh

instagramIn seventy-four years, King’s has gone from a campus tucked away deep in the forests of Braircliff Manor to a campus right around the corner from the New York Stock Exchange. In all this, it is important to stop and remember where we came from, while also capturing our journey as we blaze ahead. That is why we are on Instagram. Follow us at thekingscollege.
