Executive Producer Ken Wales Speaks to Crowd after Pre-Screening of Amazing Grace
 
New York— On January 18, students, faculty, staff and friends of The King's College pre-screened Amazing Grace, a movie about the life of William Wilberforce, produced by Ken Wales.
 
Amazing Grace, a story about the great Christian reformer that changed the world is directed by Michael Apted and stars Ioan Gruffudd and Albert Finney. Following the screening, Wales, executive producer, spoke to those in attendance and answered questions regarding the process of production—initial idea to completion of film on screen.
 
Wales has produced numerous films during his 15 year association with director Blake Edwards, including The Tamarind Seed and Wild Rovers and associate/line-produced many films including Darling Lili, starring Julie Andrews and Rock Hudson. In TV, Wales co-produced the Emmy and Golden Globe winner, John Steinbeck’s East of Eden. He was also the executive producer on Christy.
