Global Reach: King’s College Students to Participate in Albanian National Dialogue

New York—On May 15, sixteen students and staff of The King's College will travel to Tirana, the capital of Albania. The purpose of the trip is to educate our students as to how ideas shape a nation through the strategic institutions of government, business, higher education, and the Church.

The students are honored to be guests at the University of New York—Tirana (UNYT), an elite college that educates some of the best and brightest achieving students in Albania. There they will interact with Albanian students and professors by leading several Economic Forums, including Conditions Necessary for a Strong Free Market, The Role of the State in the Economy and Poverty and Distributive Justice.

“I genuinely care about ideas that are of universal significance,” comments Jill Donnelly, a King’s College senior, “and I see the importance of sharing these ideas.”

Students will also produce radio programs on key issues, which will be broadcast throughout the country.

The King's College is a Christian liberal arts college located in the Empire State Building in New York City.
