The New York Times features The King's College

NEW YORK, December 30, 2008—On Saturday, December 20, 2008, The New York Times published a 900 word feature article on The King’s College in the paper’s Metro section.

“Out of the myriad and random tenants that fill the Empire State Building,” author Cara Buckley wrote, “there is one that seems both perfectly situated, yet jarringly out of place.”

The story, entitled, In a Worldly City’s Tallest Tower, a College With a Heavenly Bent, focused on the question, “What is an evangelical Christian college doing in the middle of New York City?” After spending two days at Kings and interviewing six students as well as college administrators, author Cara Buckley found the answer: “They are in New York to learn and, possibly, reshape the world a little.”
