Parent Association - PA
The purpose of the Parent Association (PA) is
to provide opportunities for you to connect with the College and one
another. Here are a few benefits:
COMMUNICATION: Parents Press, a monthly
newsletter written just for parents, keeps you connected to the life of the
College. Update your contact information here. You may also sign up here to
receive the TKC Weekly, a weekly publication featuring student events and
announcements. Parents are also informed in the event of an emergency via
our Emergency Notification System. We use the contact information provided
in the admission process.
ENCOURAGEMENT: The Director of the PA
sends quarterly newsletters. Members of the Parent’s Association Advisory
Council (PAAC) are also present at New Student Orientation and Parent and
GIVING: If you want to contribute your
time, influence, or other resources to the College, fill out a form
here. A member of the PAAC will contact you.
MERCHANDISE: As members of the PA, each
family receives two complimentary King’s coffee mugs at New Student
Orientation and a 10% discount to the King’s Store. King’s gear is available
to purchase at New Student Orientation and Parent and Family Weekend.
PARENT AND FAMILY WEEKEND: You are
invited to Parent and Family Weekend. This event helps you become better
acquainted with King’s and allows you to spend time with your student. This
is a wonderful opportunity to meet fellow parents, as well as faculty, staff
and members of the PAAC. Click here to register.
PRAYER: The Parent's Association
organizes a coalition of people who pray for the College using the
TKC Prayer Calendar.
TKC Prayer Calendar. Parents volunteer to pray on a specific day each month
for assigned faculty, staff, and students. Sign up at the Information Fair

volunteer your time and energy to help recruit students. If you’d like more
