I know we are all holding on in faith for our next president. Our "confidence" is that God knows who He wants in this role even though we do not, as yet, see it.

Though Bruce Dingman has considered many, met with several, and a few have even come to visit the college, there is no one who is a clear choice. Most commonly, those who could be strong candidates are deterred by location, compensation or lack of alignment with their sense of where they're being called. Many others simply don't have the needed vision or skills for such a demanding assignment.

Still, we are pressing forward, with the reminder -- "it only takes one!" I ask that we hold to our interview dates at the end of April. We will advise in ample time if these dates need to be pushed out.

Thank you for remaining diligent in prayer as we rest in the sure conviction that God knows our needs. "He is able."
