Parents Leadership CouncilThe Parents Leadership Council (PLC) at The
King’s College is a select group of parents, who volunteer to serve in
renewable, one-year terms. PLC members are recruited based on their ability
and willingness to serve as ambassadors of The King’s College and their
interest in developing resources that support King’s in various ways.
The PLC facilitates opportunities for parents to become involved in the
life of the College and to preserve, enhance, and improve the quality of the
King’s experience. Members host events, provide connections for other
parents, and work to stimulate participation in
Parent and Family Weekend.
The PLC has an important influence on parent engagement at the College
through annual monetary gifts, volunteer work, and thoughtful counsel to
college administrators.
The PLC invites you to volunteer your time and energy to help recruit
future Kingsians. If you’d like more information about some of the potential
opportunities to serve King’s in your hometown or desire to contribute your
time, influence, or other resources to the College, fill out a form here. A
PLC member will follow up with you.
