List of TeamsThe Mission of the Athletic
Department
The Athletics Program at The King's College is designed to serve students’
interests in sports and recreational activities, whether they are competitive,
recreational, and/or instructional. Emphasis is placed on student leadership and
involvement, as well as on the dedication and commitment of club members.
The Athletics Program aims to promote health, physical well-being and
physical skill development among all its participants. It also aims to develop
leadership and management skills, budgetary competence, and other professional
qualities. This development will benefit the participant throughout their
lifetime and provide social/recreational opportunities for the entire King’s
community. Clubs represent the College in competition or may participate in
intra-club activities such as practices, instructional activities, social
activities, demonstrations, and/or scrimmages.
