Information for Graduates
More detailed information about the following will be emailed to graduates and their parents by mid-February.

Tickets
Each graduate will be given six (6) tickets for the commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 11th. Because of space restrictions, no guest will be permitted to attend the ceremony without a ticket. Additional tickets will be available for purchase. Additional tickets will cost $10.00 each. There are no restrictions on the number of tickets purchased. Children five years and under do not need a ticket.

Current students can purchase tickets for $5.00, one ticket per TKC student ID.

All tickets will be available for pick-up at the Student Services desk from Monday, April 29th, to Thursday, May 9th.

Robes
Information on ordering robes will be emailed to all graduates in early February.

All academic honors are based on the student’s cumulative grade point average at the end of the Fall 2012 semester because Spring semester grades are not ready in time for the May ceremony. The official transcript will reflect the actual honors earned in the Spring 2013 semester.

Diploma
Graduates will receive their official diploma after the Commencement Ceremony by mail. The Registrar’s Office will collect each graduate’s forwarding address to ensure they receive their diploma.

Information on diploma frames and other accessories will be available soon.

Photos
A photo of the graduate and President Mills will be taken upon receiving his or her diploma. A group photo of the Class of 2013 will be taken post-ceremony.
