ATTENTION:  If there is a problem in your apartment, the first step is fill out a Maintenance Request Form.  However, if there is a flood in your apartment, the electricity shuts down, the building is on fire, etc… do not wait to fill out a Maintenance Request Form. Go to the front desk of your building to make sure they are aware of the problem, and if necessary evacuate the building.
