New Student Housing Application

We’re glad that you are taking steps toward becoming part of the residential community at The King’s College!

For the 2010-2011 school year, men will reside at the newly built Ludlow Residence, a student housing building on the corner of Ludlow and Delancey Streets in the lower east side of Manhattan. The Ludlow Residence is a seventeen story building featuring free wireless internet, free laundry, twenty-four hour security, and a student lounge equipped with cable television, a large kitchen and study space. Most rooms in the Ludlow residence are single-bed residences.

Female students will reside in either the Herald Towers on 34th Street and Broadway, or The Vogue on 37th Street and 6th Avenue. Both of these luxury apartment buildings are a few minutes’ walk from the Empire State Building, and both offer twenty-four hour security and concierge service. All apartments in the Herald Towers and The Vogue are triple-bed residences.
