The mission of Residence Life is to provide superior living environments and develop communities where students respect, challenge, and love one another.

For many students, Residence Life is one of the highlights of their time at college. The bonds of friendship that are forged during this time will last a lifetime. The Residence Life staff seeks to provide a living environment that is conducive to study and the development of strong relationships.

Ultimately, the success of the Residence Life experience is dependent upon each individual. Students can make the experience one of the most wonderful in their lives, or they can make it extremely miserable. If students encourage one another, follow basic rules, live by the spirit of the “Honor Code,” and consider the impact of their actions on the community, the experience can build wonderful life-long memories.
