Current students who reside in College housing must complete this application to indicate their intent to reserve housing for the upcoming school year. Unless otherwise arranged, this application is for two semesters. This application must be submitted by April 11. Applications received after April 11 will be processed last and are not guaranteed.

Statement of Understanding

Upon acceptance into housing at The King’s College, I agree to abide by all College policies as outlined in the Housing Contract, the Student Handbook, and the Residence Life Manual. I understand that I am applying for a two-semester contract. (Note: permission may be granted for a one-semester housing contract if a request is made before August 15.) I understand that if I change my housing plans after August 15, I will not be reimbursed for my housing fees and I will forfeit my original housing deposit. I understand that I will forfeit my housing assignment if I do not make payments according to schedule or respond to official mailings. I understand that I will need to sign a new housing contract for the upcoming school year.
As a returning student, you do not need to submit an additional deposit. Your original deposit will continue to be held as security-of-payment in case damages occur while you reside in housing at The King’s College.
