Summer Student Housing Application

Current students must complete this application to reserve housing for the upcoming summer months (May—August). Space is limited; placement is granted on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Please proceed as follows:

  • Fill out the general information below
  • List the names of preferred roommate(s).  Roommate requests will be honored if possible, but are not guaranteed. The College reserves the right to alter room assignments in order to accommodate changing housing needs. Please note that some students may be placed with NYCInterns.
  • Submit your completed application by April 11.
  • Residence Life will place you in an available room and will notify you of your room assignment by May 1.

Statement of Understanding
  • Upon acceptance into King’s College summer housing, I agree to abide by all College policies as outlined in the Housing Contract and Residence Life Handbook.
  • I understand that I am applying for the upcoming summer term only (May—August).
  • I understand that if I change my housing plans after I sign my summer housing contract, I will not be reimbursed for summer housing charges.
  • I understand that I will forfeit my housing assignment if I do not make payments according to schedule or respond to official mailings.
As a current student seeking summer housing, you do not need to submit an additional deposit. Your original deposit will continue to be held as security-of-payment in case damages occur while you reside in King’s College housing.
