Health and WellnessAttending to one’s health and wellness is an
important life skill necessary for college and beyond. This includes
addressing immediate problems or concerns, as well as developing a lifestyle
that promotes well-being and preventative care. Health concerns can often
affect academics, relationships and overall quality of life. We encourage
students to take advantage of the various resources at King’s and in the
community, seeking assistance when needed.
