The Learning Center
The Learning Center offers academic support services to King’s students. A rigorous education is the reason many students come to King’s. The Learning Center does not make the King’s education easier, but it does help students discover the tools that make academic success more attainable. Our services include:

  • Tutoring: Peer tutoring services are for students who need additional help in one or more courses. Students may choose online or face-to-face tutoring.
  • Academic Success Workshops: Workshops designed to support academic success and effective writing are offered throughout the academic year.
  • Scholarly Events: House Scholars partner with The Learning Center to host academically engaging events throughout the academic year.
  • The King’s English: Groups of up to six students meet to improve their mastery of the spoken word.
