Welcome to The King’s College! We look forward to welcoming you to campus
for New Student Orientation 2012 and we trust your time at King’s will be
filled with opportunities to learn and grow. Please refer to the following
list of action steps and other matters to consider before you arrive on
campus.

$250 Enrollment Deposit. Follow this link to Epay, the venue for online payment of
your tuition deposit. After your tuition deposit, pay your student
accounts via the college’s payment gateway at
www.afford.com/kings. |

| 2. |
Turn in the
Housing Application.
Housing is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The
housing application and deposit due dates are March 10, April 14, May 19 and
July 21. You will find out your roommate placement and which House you are
in as soon as one week after the housing application and deposit deadline. |

| 3. |
Register for New Student Orientation.
New Student Orientation (NSO) will be January 5-6. NSO is purposed to
welcome new students and parents/ guardians to the King’s community, equip
them with fundamental information about the institution, and prepare them
for a smooth transition into college life. |

| 4. |
Complete the following forms: |

Immunizations - Print and have your doctor complete the second page.
Students must sign the last page. When complete, please fax to the Office of
Admissions at 212-659-3611. |

|
FERPA - Log
onto your Student Portal and complete the “Authorization for Access to
Student Records” under the Student Forms link. The authorization for access
will allow The King’s College to disclose academic, billing, and student
life information to a student’s parents. Students have the right to revoke
this permission at any time. |

|
Emergency Contact
Information - Emergency Contact Information - Log into your student
portal and click on the link to complete the Emergency Contact Information
form by the first day of classes, January 9, 2012. In the event of an
emergency, our automated system will use this information to contact
students and parents. |

For eligible students: Disability
Identification - The King’s College seeks to assure equal opportunity
for access to and participation in all college courses, examinations and
services by providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with
physical, mental or learning disabilities recognized under the Americans
with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA). In order to receive accommodations,
eligible students must complete the
Disability Identification form, as well as any other required

When your Admissions file is
complete, the Office of the Registrar will compile your schedule. When

months before the first day of class. This applies for both freshmen and
transfer students. |

Students are advised to use Microsoft Office (at least 2007) and may
purchase Office 2010/2011 through King's at a reduced price. Log on to your
Student Portal and click the
"Microsoft Purchasing Program" link.
Wireless internet is provided on campus and in campus housing. Modems and
routers are included. King's also provides free on-campus printing. If a
student prefers to have a printer in the apartment, we recommend that he
communicates with roommates in advance so as to avoid bringing multiple
printers. |
