Students will have the opportunity to see how small business is helping to re-build the Haitian economy. In addition to serving at several Christian ministries, students will tour an agri-business and bakery, and see first-hand how the entrepreneurial spirit may be the best solution to ending poverty. Our partner for this trip is Healing Haiti, which provides guest house accommodations, breakfast and dinner daily, and transportation while in Haiti.
Type: Academic, satisfies the International Experience requirement for the International Business minor.
Eligibility: Sophomores through Seniors are welcome to apply and may do so through the Healing Haiti’s Managed Mission website.

Cost: $875, payable to Healing Haiti, $200, payable to The King’s College (for trip supplies, tips for guides, and insurance) + airfare. Students are also advised to bring an additional $100 – $150 for incidentals and spending money.
