Spring Formal is the last hurrah of the school year. It's a chance to dress your best and dance the night away! Activities include sipping Mocktails, posing for Polaroids, and playing card games & Jenga. Come out and celebrate the end of the semester at Spring Formal! It's the final hurrah of the year and a chance to dance, play games, and enjoy the last few weeks of school. Formal dress is required, appetizers and mocktails are included. Derk Jan Eppink 'Empire of Little Kings'
Come here Derk Jan Eppink speak about 'Empire of Little Kings'. He is a Member of the European Parliament and Vice-President of the European Conservatives and Reformists (ECR) parliamentary group. He started his career as a journalist, first in Holland then in Belgium. He was Member of Cabinet for European Commissioners Bolkestein (1999–2004) and Kallas (2004–2007). In 2009, he was elected to the European Parliament as a Dutchman running for a party in Belgium. There will be time for Q&A after he speaks.
Mandatory Rehearsal and Graduate Reception
All graduates are required to attend rehearsal in The City Room on May 14 at 5:00 PM. Immediately after rehearsal, you are invited to enjoy a celebratory reception as you reminisce with your fellow classmates and some key institutional leaders about your time at The King’s College. Snacks will be provided and a cash bar will be available. The event will be held at White Horse Tavern (25 Bridge Street between Broad and Whitehall, approximately a 5 minute walk from campus).
You and your parents are cordially invited to the annual Parent Reception during Commencement Weekend. Please join us any time between 4:30 PM and 6:30 PM on May 15 to mingle with friends, parents, faculty, and staff. The reception will be held at Redeemer UWS (150 West 83rd Street, 5th Floor). Beverages and light snacks will be served.
Commencement 2015 will celebrate the graduating class of 2015 as they complete their academic experience at The King's College. Memorial Day Holiday- College Closed
The college will be closed as we honor Memorial Day. The College will resume business hours (8:30am-5:30pm) on Tuesday, May 26th.
