Apartment Art DIY: Wall Weaving with Katelyn Tamm

We’ll create a simple weaving using recycled cardboard for the loom. You can hang it as wall-art for your apartment. We’ll follow this tutorial.

You will need:

• 3 pieces of cardboard (Big cardboard piece: 14″x14″ / 35cmx35cm; Small pieces: 13″x3″ / 33cmx7cm)
• Tape measure
• Scissors
• Tapestry needle (big enough to thread your yarn)
• Craft glue
• Sharpie marker
• Yarn (DK or light worsted size 3–nothing too chunky) in your favorite colors. You may want white yarn for your warp.
• You may also want a sturdy branch or dowel rod a bit longer than the width of your loom for hanging.
