Dr. Kimberly Thornbury serves as Vice President at The King’s College in NYC overseeing strategic planning, enrollment management, financial aid, marketing and communications and events and production. She writes, speaks and consults on crisis management, college student success and organizational development. Prior to her arrival at The King’s College, Kimberly served as Senior Vice President for Student Services and Dean of Students at Union University for almost 15 years.

She has written numerous articles appearing in Christianity Today and Christian Higher Education and contributed chapters to books including Christian Leadership Essentials, College Faith, Shaping a Christian Worldview and Learning Through Crisis. She has appeared on Fox & Friends and Fox and Friends First.

In her 25 year career with college students, she has served on national boards related to college student development and is passionate about how students can thrive during college.

In addition to her work at The King’s College, she serves on the Board of Avail, a pregnancy resource center located in Times Square, Messiah College, and Impact 360, a gap year program. She and her family live in Chelsea, NYC.
