Year in Review
Published each fall, Year in Review reflects on the milestones of the previous academic year.
Published annually, Year in Review reflects on the milestones of the previous academic year. We praise God for His faithfulness to us, and we remember with gratitude how students, alumni, faculty, staff, and our donor community form a part of this ongoing story.
In the 2018-19 academic year, The King’s College launched a national honors program in finance and a new museum studies minor and concentration, bringing a biblical approach to each of these disciplines. Faculty appeared in newspapers, on television, and in other media outlets 618 times and delivered 101 lectures and conference presentations. Students achieved new levels of competitive success in business strategy, journalism, debate, and athletics. We also mourned the loss of Dr. Howard Vos, professor emeritus of history, and Dr. Herb London, presidential scholar. This issue demonstrates how, by the grace of God, The King’s College is making a vital contribution to the health of our nation and the world.
