First Bitcoin Donation Accepted

Last month, The King’s College announced that it would become the first accredited college in the United States to accept Bitcoin for tuition and donations. On Friday, July 18, The King’s College accepted its first Bitcoin donation.

David Dockery and Tim Dunn Named to Board of Trustees

The King’s College is proud to announce that David Dockery and Tim Dunn will join the Board of Trustees as its newest members.
Dr. David S. Dockery is the president of Trinity International University and a prolific author and lecturer who has served in key leadership roles at several Christian institutions. Mr. Tim Dunn is the CEO of CrownQuest Operating, LLC, EnerQuest Oil & Gas, Ltd., and is also a partner of Texas Land Royalty.

The King’s College Business Students Rank with Best in the World

A team from The King’s College defeated more than 1,760 business students worldwide to reach the finals in an international mockup of real-world business challenges, the Capsim Business Simulation Global Challenge in Chicago last month. They were one of only 12 teams to qualify for the 48-hour, high-pressure business simulation play-offs.

Two generations of the Ohman family are tied to the legacy of The King’s College. Andy and Jeanie Ohman met at The King’s College when it was located in Briarcliff Manor, NY.The Ohman’s children grew up in the years following the the close of the Briarcliff Manor campus, but in the early 2000s, they received news that the college had opened a new campus in New York City with a new vision and a new president.
