Ben Davis


The Rev. Benjamin S. Davis teaches introduction courses to the Hebrew Scriptures and the New Testament at The King’s College. He is currently writing his doctoral dissertation at Southeastern under the supervision of Dr. Heath Thomas on the presentation of ritualized time practices in Exodus and their role in Israel’s socio-ethical formation.

Mr. Davis is an ordained deacon in the Anglican Church in North America serving a parish in Raleigh, NC where he lives with his wife Ashley. Beyond academic interests, he enjoys vegetable gardening, the works of Wendell Berry, and cooking with his wife.
