Producer - Video Assets
Jess Stempert is the Producer of Video Content at The King’s College. She is responsible for producing videos for Marketing and Communications, as well as supporting the production needs of staff, faculty, and students. She runs the Media Lab Equipment and Studio space, coordinating all the resources needed to tell the college’s stories on video.
While a student at King’s she was a member of the House of Corrie ten Boom, served two years on the Interregnum Committee, and freelanced as a film critic for Christianity Today. At Columbia University’s School of the Arts she wrote, produced, and edited short films from all genres. She has previously worked as an Associate Producer at children’s early education studio Sockeye Media, as the Cheese Section Leader at Trader Joe’s in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood, and in a myriad of freelance roles on productions across New York City.
Jess’ favorite movie is The Princess Bride, her favorite snack is popcorn, and she spends her free time knitting, watching movies, playing tabletop games, and adventuring with her husband, Christian (TKC ’14).
