Ruthann Jaeger (’64) writes, “My husband Bob and I enjoy being snowbirds from Philadelphia, PA to Jupiter, FL. We ride our Harleys back and forth and spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ with the Sons Of God MC. We thank God for the opportunities He provides for us to also continue in prison ministry.”

Bob Bendlin (’91) wrote this note on Facebook about Jeff Sandnes (’90): “Jeff Sandnes was a legendary person and he left us way too early. We want to make sure he is never forgotten. In 2016 The King’s College named Jeff the Alumnus of the Year for sharing the grace of God to so many people, in so many ways and for so many years. Jeff loved to speak to people and the role of radio DJ and his personality were some of the ways that he communicated best. We wanted to find a way to remember Jeff and, in working with the Sandnes family, it was decided to set up a scholarship at his alma mater, The King’s College, in his name. The Jeff Sandnes Memorial Scholarship will be given to a student studying Media at the College. It is our hope that Jeff’s legacy will be carried on by those future Media students for years to come. If you feel moved to help please go to tkc.edu/donate, choose a dollar amount to donate and then, under the area to support, choose the Jeff Sandnes Memorial Scholarship. Thank you for your support.”

Editor’s note: You can read more about Jeff from the Alumni Award announcement or in his obituary.
