The King’s College is pleased to announce that Noah Hunter ’10 has been named Director of Admissions and New Student Financial Services. Noah has served in the Office of Admissions and has led new student financial services since 2013. Before coming to work at King’s, Noah worked for Apple in business technology sales, working with companies like TED Conferences and Tory Burch. Last year, Noah completed the College Board’s Enrollment Leadership Academy, a highly selective program for enrollment professionals with significant potential in the field of admissions and enrollment. Noah has been the top recruiter in the Office of Admissions for years.

It is with deep gratitude that the College acknowledges the faithful service of Luke Smith, the outgoing Director of Admissions. He has accepted a position at Thomson Reuters, which will allow him to explore a new industry and perhaps return in the future to the U.K., where he is from and where his family lives. Luke has been instrumental in the 20 percent increase in student enrollment and 44 percent increase in new and transfer students the College has enjoyed since the arrival of Dr. Gregory A. Thornbury as president, as well as in attracting growing numbers of high school students and their parents to the College’s powerful Inviso visit weekends, with 2016-17 registering the most attendees ever.

Stephanie Brewster ’13

In addition to Noah’s promotion, the College is pleased to announce that Stephanie Brewster ’13 has been named Associate Director of Admissions and New Student Financial Services. In this role, she will focus on maximizing efficiencies within the College’s enrollment processes, software, communication flows, and predictive modeling. She is currently enrolled in an Advanced Diploma Program in Data Analytics at New York University.

Regarding Noah’s leadership in Admissions, King’s president Gregory A. Thornbury said, “As I have traveled across the country speaking on behalf of the incomparable work of The King’s College, I have repeatedly heard praise and admiration for Noah Hunter as a leading ambassador for this institution. Noah has my 100% confidence and support as we move into an exciting future for the continued growth of our beloved institutionThe King’s College.”

The College is also expanding the team and looks forward to hiring additional enrollment counselors in the summer of 2017.
