As a college student in New York City, there are many things to balance. Any given day might require House events, work, internship events or, community group with your local church. And, of course, this is all in addition to your school work. However, there are small steps you can take each day to increase your capacity and enable you to do your work well.

Matt Perman is the Director of Career Development at The King’s College. Before joining King’s in July 2018, he wrote two books on productivity, “What’s Best Next: How the Gospel Transforms the Way You Get Things Done” and “Unstuck: Breaking Free from the Barriers to Your Productivity.”
