As a college student in New York City, there are many things to balance. Any given day might require House events, work, internship events or, community group with your local church. And, of course, this is all in addition to your school work. However, there are small steps you can take each day to increase your capacity and enable you to do your work well.

Dr. Tony Bradley is Chair of the Religious and Theological Studies Department at The King’s College. He is also Director of the Center for the Study of Human Flourishing and has authored nine books including, Something Seems Strange and Black and Tired.
