Phillip Williams
Associate Professor of Mathematics
Professor Williams teaches mathematics at King’s. Prior to this, he received his Doctorate in mathematics from CUNY in 2011. His research is in Algebraic Number Theory, Algebraic Geometry, and Arithmetic Dynamics.
Professor Williams enjoys discussing mathematics with professional mathematicians and laymen alike. If you find yourself in a conversation with him, he may try to convince you that math is not what you think it is. Besides mathematics, he enjoys cooking and theology. He currently resides in Queens with his wife (who is also a mathematician).
