Kenworthy also shares an upcoming reunion in Maryland for Briarcliff campus alumni from the 1980’s. He writes, “several people are organizing a Second Annual King’s Reunion this summer at Sandy Cove Ministries in Maryland, looking to build on the success of last year’s inaugural Sandy Cove King’s reunion. The date is tentatively Saturday, July 23, 2022. Arrangements with Sandy Cove are being made for a package deal for the weekend, for those interested in that. More information will be following. Please consider this to be a “Save the Date.” Come with some of your King’s friends, and reconnect with others from the King’s 1980’s.” You can follow the 1980’s Alumni Facebook group for more information.
Dick Lynch NBC (’56) shares: “My daughter, Judy, went home to be with our Lord on January 17, 2022. She had been living with me for a number of years. Her love, laughter and presence are greatly missed. A memorial service was held at the First Baptist Church, Duncanville TX on February 12, 2022. Her Sunday School Class provided a wonderful reception following the service. I received so many cards and encouraging words. Thank you for those remembrances.”
