The King’s College and Grove City College recently announced a partnership that will allow Grove City students to study for a semester with King’s faculty in New York City.

Under the agreement, as students at a partner school, each year up to three Grove City students can complete studies in business, media, journalism, and politics for one semester at King’s in the College’s NYC Semester program.

The King’s College is located in lower Manhattan, a block away from the New York Stock Exchange, and both its location and network give Grove City students access to excellent internship opportunities to pursue while studying at King’s.

The partnership was welcomed by both institutions. “Whenever two institutions with common convictions and purpose can align and collaborate, it is good news for Christian higher education,” said Dr. Gregory Alan Thornbury, president of The King’s College. “King’s is honored to partner with Grove City College and its outstanding leadership under the presidency of Paul McNulty.”

“This initiative provides a unique and exciting opportunity for Grove City College and its students,” said Dr. McNulty, president of Grove City College. “Through this partnership with The King’s College, our students will learn more about what it means as a Christian to live faithfully and intentionally in a great city unparalleled in its energy, creativity and diversity.”

The King’s College’s NYC Semester program provides qualified undergraduates the opportunity to spend a semester in New York City, interacting with King’s faculty, experiencing New York, living in apartment-style housing, and studying in one of four tracks: business, journalism, film and media, and politics and government. Students must demonstrate the academic capacity for success in their application. For more information or to apply, click here.
